Great post and love that modern stacking Hanukiyot! I have two questions: what makes one kosher or not; and as someone who has to check the spelling each time she writes it, I was surprised to see Hanukkah written with one "k". I'm sure you're right, I'm just interested if there is a difference in the many spellings (I've seen it starting with CH too).
